He was initially charged with kidnapping. July 9, 2025: Amoah’s charred body was discovered in a gutter near Abuom Junction, Kwabenya. The body was positively identified by his family despite the severe burns. August 4, 2025: The Criminal Investigations Department (CID) announced the discovery of blood stains in Aweh’s residence and vehicle, along with a burnt woolen carpet and camouflage fabric near his home. The case was adjourned to August 22, 2025.
